I don’t even know WTF this dude(?) is wearing. Not to mention the 85 pounds of foam padding ‘it’ has strapped to the scooter’s arm. Look at that thing! There’s like a queen size bed strapped to that fucking thing! And, yes, those are swimming goggles, before you even ask. He’s probably wearing them since he’s expecting the next great flood. I mean what else explains cruising around with not one, but TWO umbrellas? And to top it all of, he must have mugged a one armed man and stolen his arm because I’m most certain that’s a friggin’ prosthetic arm hook on the other side of the scooter! You thieving, twisted, goggle wearing bastard!
